I led the product strategy, UX, and feature development for the Item POS Booking System, a full end-to-end scheduling and reservation platform designed for events, experiences, and private group bookings.
This POS is used by customers and on-site staff to streamline event scheduling, manage capacity in real-time, and process payments for hourly or package-based experiences.

1. Real-Time Calendar & Availability Engine
The booking interface displays:
- Live availability across days, weeks, and months
- Color-coded capacity indicators (Available, Sold Out, Online Closed)
- Automatic synchronization with on-site POS and online bookings

This ensures customers only see accurate available slots.
2. Session & Time Slot Scheduling
Once a date is selected, users can choose from dynamic time slots such as:
- 10:30 AM
- 11:00 AM

- 12:00 PM, etc.
The system accounts for:
- Event duration
- Prep and cleanup time
- Maximum participants per session
- Staff availability
3. Smart Ticketing & Capacity Control
The platform supports:
- Per-event capacity limits
- Group booking size control
- Ticket quantity selection with pricing updates
- Auto-blocking when capacity is reached
Capacity is updated in real-time across all devices.
4. Payment Integration
After users select their event, date, and ticket quantity, the system moves them to:
- Secure checkout
- Multiple payment options
- Instant confirmation
- Email + SMS receipt automation
5. Staff POS Mode
Employees can:
- Create walk-in bookings
