I led the end-to-end product development of My Item Portal, a centralized subscription and account management system that allows customers to manage billing, payments, plan tiers, usage, and account settings with complete transparency and security.

My Role as Product Owner

I drove the product vision and execution by:

  • Leading sprint planning, weekly standups, backlog prioritization, and feature releases.

  • Conducting QA, UAT, and post-release monitoring to ensure performance and adoption.
