Amazon Best-Seller Product Crawler (Cubework Marketplace Tool)

I led the development of an automated product-crawling tool that enables Cubework Marketplace sellers to effortlessly source high-performing products from Amazon and import them directly into their Cubework seller accounts.

How the Tool Works

  • The system crawls Amazon for top-selling products based on Best Seller Rank (BSR), allowing users to discover high-demand items across multiple categories.

  • It automatically scrapes product data, including:

    • Product title
    • Description & bullet points
    • Pricing
    • Main & additional product images
    • BSR and ranking indicators

  • Users can then instantly import these products into their Cubework Marketplace store, reducing the time and effort required for product research, listing, and catalog creation.

Role-Based User Flow and Seller Benefits

  • Built specifically for Cubework Marketplace sellers to streamline their product acquisition workflow.
  • Allows sellers to quickly relist or replicate winning Amazon products on Cubework—eliminating manual copying, data entry, and image downloading.
  • Helps sellers expand their catalog, test new product ideas, and speed up time-to-market.

My Contributions

  • Defined system requirements and user flows.
  • Collaborated with engineers on the crawling logic, data mapping, and import APIs.
  • Designed UI/UX for searching, filtering by BSR, previewing products, and one-click importing.
  • Ensured compliance with marketplace listing standards and optimized product-matching accuracy.
  • Conducted QA testing to validate scraping accuracy and import flow reliability.

Business Impact

  • Significantly reduced product listing time for sellers.
  • Increased marketplace inventory volume and seller engagement.
  • Provided sellers with a competitive, automated product-research advantage.
